EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Return Policy:
Truly Honored will gladly accept for return or exchange any item purchased from us providing it is in new condition and returned within 30 days from the date received, free of charge. Any returns from outside the United States will have an international shipping charge paid for by the customer, the cost of which will be based upon the location from which it is being returned.

To qualify for return:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. 

  • Jewelry must not be altered or shows signs of wear and tear.

  • Receipt must accompany all returns. 

Any jewelry purchased on a credit card will be returned on the same card. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. Returns will be processed once the item is received and verified to be in new condition. To return, e-mail thmanager@trulyhonored.com with a copy of your receipt and a return label will be e-mailed to you. You can expect to receive your refund within approximately two weeks upon receipt of the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. It will take 5 to 10 business to process your return once we received it and approximately 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund request.

Warranty:

We work with an experienced jewelry manufacturer to bring our originally designed pieces to life. This means that for 15 days from the date delivered, we will work with you to replace your jewelry if a defect in the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Damage, such as a bent pendent or broken chain, that occurs through everyday wear and tear, improper storage, accidents, etc. are not covered under this warranty, nor is loss of the item. Any modifications that are done on the piece of jewelry after purchase are also not covered under this warranty. 

If there is a defect with the product, please take a picture of the issue and send it via email to our team at thmanager@trulyhonored.com. Please include both your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will be glad to work with you to get this resolved.

Repairs:

We are unable to provide repair services for your product except what is covered under the warranty. We recommend finding a reputable repair shop in your area to perform any repairs.

Care/Servicing/Cleaning:
Truly Honored recommends you clean your jewelry twice a year. Additionally, our solid gold and silver pieces are inherently delicate and need to be treated as such. One should take care when wearing these as they are fine jewelry pieces, not costume/fashion pieces,  and avoid any improper wear or use of these items. Please know that we check your jewelry when received from the manufacture as best we can, but there are inherent qualities in jewelry that cannot be detected by visual inspection such as chlorine damage, poor casting, etc. Therefore, our inspections do not come with any guarantee gems will not come out or misuse of the product will not result in damage to the piece. We recommend you have your jewelry insured.

Diamond Disclosure:
The diamonds at Truly Honored are lab grown.
